Compensation: Stipend + Opportunity for Full-time Conversion

Role Overview

As a Growth Intern at InCommon, you will play a critical role in research, outbound campaigns, and prospect reporting. This is a hands-on role that combines data analysis, campaign execution, and reporting to directly support our growth.


1. Outbound Management (End-to-End)

  • Set up, manage, and own outbound campaigns across LinkedIn and email.
  • Use tools like Apollo, Smart Outreach, and others to build, track, and optimize outreach sequences.
  • Test messaging, monitor performance, and refine strategy for higher engagement.
  • Align outbound efforts with overall business development priorities.

2. Prospect Data & Reporting

  • Work with curated datasets provided by industry experts to identify the most relevant, high-intent prospects.
  • Build and maintain prospect lists for potential partnerships and sales outreach.
  • Highlight actionable insights that help the team focus on the right opportunities.

3. Data & Research for Industry Reports

  • Collect and analyze market data to support the creation of state-of-the-art industry reports.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and benchmarks that establish industry standards.
  • Work with the founding team to translate insights into high-quality, publishable outputs.
