Growth Intern

Role Overview

Osfin.ai is hiring a Growth Intern to support our sales team with onboarding document execution, data enrichment, cross-functional and inter-team coordination, back-office sales tasks, and account tracking. This role is critical in keeping sales information accurate, organised, and up to date.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Enrichment

• Research and update prospect and company information
• Maintain clean and accurate CRM records

2. Documentation Support

• Fill vendor forms, RFP documents, and onboarding paperwork

3. Back-Office Sales Support

• Update deal stages and notes
• Track follow-ups and support internal coordination
• Assist with preparing sales materials and collaterals

4. Account & Team Tracking

• Maintain trackers for target accounts and opportunities
• Monitor progress across accounts and flag updates

Requirements

• Undergraduate Degree
• Strong attention to detail
• Good research skills
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and documents
• Organised and process-oriented
