Role Overview

The Founders Office Intern will work closely with the leadership team on strategic initiatives, research, and execution. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy problem-solving, and want exposure to decision-making at the highest level.

Unlike traditional internships, this position offers direct involvement in projects that shape Saras AIs growth trajectory, from market research and outreach to operational excellence and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Research & Analysis;

• Conduct deep-dive research on institutions, universities, and enterprises.
• Identify key stakeholders (CTOs, VPs, CHROs, TA Heads) and map organizational structures.
• Analyze industry trends, annual reports, and earnings calls to generate insights.

Outreach & Engagement;

• Draft highly tailored communication for executives (emails, LinkedIn messages).
• Support multi-channel prospecting (phone, email, social selling).
• Assist in building targeted prospect lists and outreach campaigns.

Operations & Data Management;

• Maintain CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot) with accurate intelligence.
• Track engagement metrics and prepare performance reports.
• Support coordination between marketing, sales, and operations teams.
