What You'll do

• Workdirectly with the founderon high-impact growth initiatives.
• Help design and execute Doodlisgo-to-market (GTM) strategy.
• Own and scale social media (Instagram, YouTube, short-form video).
• Create high-performing content (hooks, reels, viral formats).
• Identify, reach out, and collaborate with influencers and creators.
• Run rapid growth experiments across channels (content, distribution, partnerships).
• Track performance metrics and iterate quickly based on insights.

What we're looking for

• Youre obsessed withgrowth, content, or startups.
• You want towork closely with the founder and learn how startups scale.
• You understand what makes contentengaging or viral.
• You take ownership and execute fast without constant guidance.
• Strong communication + execution skills.

Bonus Points

• Youve grown a page, channel, or audience before.
• Experience with influencer outreach or creator collaborations.
• You actively create content (Reels, Shorts, storytelling, memes).
• Familiar with tools like Canva, CapCut, Notion, etc.

Internship Details

Location: Hybrid Bengaluru (23 in-person syncs weekly)

Stipend: 20,000 - 25,000/month

Duration: 4 months
