The world of cooking is one that is skill-based, complex, and time-consuming. Despite the world advancing forward, we still lag behind in the way we solve for our food. At Nosh, our vision is to enable everyone to savor dishes from every corner of the Earth, ensuring that no one misses the meals they crave, any time of the day!

Nosh is an AI-powered robo-chef that cooks 500+ dishes across cuisines such as Indian, Asian, Italian, Pot Meals, American, Mexican and Millets/Rice-based automatically. It leverages artificial intelligence to ensure food consistency and a homely taste.

Nosh is the brainchild of alumni from ISB Hyderabad, BITS Pilani, and IISc Bangalore, alongside former entrepreneurs and early-stage members from tech companies and startups like AB InBev, Analog Devices, Broadcom, Cred, Unacademy and Yulu.

We're creators, dreamers, and doers who never take 'no' for an answer. We thrive on challenging the status quo and discovering elegant solutions to complex problems. Venturing into spaces that have never been touched before requires a different breed of human beings; the kind that does not fit into a mould. We love discovering new ways to make life easier and while were always all-hands on-board, we also are empathetic believers. We do not wait for solutions to arrive. In this role, you will:

• Identify and build relationships with interior designers, builders, small modern retailers, and other strategic partners
• Drive partnership deals and collaborations that increase Noshs visibility and distribution
• Negotiate terms, structure agreements, and manage the end-to-end partnership lifecycle
• Track partnership performance, generate insights, and optimize for impact
• Explore new channels and untapped opportunities to grow Noshs presence

What you bring on-board:

• 0-2 years experience in business development, partnerships, or sales
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset: self-starter, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity
• Data-driven: ability to track partnership ROI and optimize deals
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Passion for building brand presence, creating impact, and driving growth
