Position: Growth Head/BDM

Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic and data-driven Growth Head to lead our user acquisition, engagement, and

retention efforts. This leadership role will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies that

drive scalable impact across our learning ecosystem. You will work cross-functionally to optimize the entire

user journey while delivering measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

Develop Growth Strategies: Design and lead scalable, data-backed strategies to drive key business metrics

such as acquisition, activation, retention, referral, and revenue.

Data Analysis: Use quantitative and qualitative insights to inform strategic decisions. Build and maintain

dashboards to track performance, cohorts, and funnel metrics, leveraging user behavior data and

customer feedback.

User Acquisition: Plan and execute multi-channel acquisition campaigns (performance marketing, organic,

influencer, affiliate) and collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize CAC and LTV.

Retention & Engagement: Own and improve engagement and retention metrics through personalized,

data-driven strategies such as push notifications, email, and in-app messaging. Enhance user journeys and

lifecycle management in collaboration with product teams.

Experimentation & Testing: Develop and execute A/B and multivariate tests to optimize onboarding,

conversion funnels, and campaigns, fostering a culture of experimentation.

Budget Management: Plan and manage growth budgets efficiently, monitor spend performance against

KPIs, and reallocate resources to maximize ROI.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor movements, and market insights to inform

positioning, messaging, and targeting strategies.

Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, content, design, analytics, and marketing teams to

align on goals and priorities, serving as the central growth point of contact for leadership.

Reporting & Metrics: Deliver regular reports to senior stakeholders on growth performance and roadmap

progress. Define and track OKRs to measure and drive accountability.


Requirements

Bachelors degree required; MBA or relevant postgraduate degree preferred

5+ years of experience in a high-growth B2C environment, preferably in EdTech

Proven track record of owning and delivering growth metrics at scale

Strong understanding of digital marketing, product funnels, and user behavior analytics

Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale experiments

Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
