This role is part of The Genesis Company India team focused on item set-ups, product data management, and seamless coordination with U.S. stakeholders.

Growth Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Item Setup:

• Create and submit new items in POL in alignment with Targets set launch deadlines; responsible to get item to order ready status
• Ensure accurate and timely setup of product images, videos, titles, bullets, and copy; ensure item is ready to launch

Item Lifecycle Management:

• Submit ongoing updates related to cost/price adjustments, order point, casepack updates, etc.
• Manage item lifecycle changes to ensure no disruptions

System Proficiency:

• Proficient in key Target systems: POL, PCN, IMN, Launchpad, and Helpdesk

Content Management:

• Own content accuracy and enhancements across items; targeting a 90%+ Vendor Content Scorecard rating for Target.com
• Cross-Functional Communication
• Collaborate closely with IDS team(s)

Workflow & Process Improvement:

• Build and maintain item/vendor setup trackers to give the broader business unit full visibility into status and timelines.
• Work with Ed to identify and implement automation tools and process improvements to streamline setup and lifecycle tracking.
• Standardize workflows to drive efficiency and eliminate manual errors.

Compliance & Vendor Policy:

• Ensure vendors comply with Target systems, timelines, and protocols.
• Document and manage vendor policies.
• Address audit issues and provide supporting data for resolution.
