About the Role

We are seeking aGrowth & Business Development Lead who willoversee marketing, sales, and lead generation for RovistasAI products and services from end-to-end .

This is not an execution-only role.

This is an ownership role , responsible for:

  • Building a strong sales pipeline
  • Closing deals
  • Shaping Rovistas go-to-market strategy for AI products and services

You will work directly with the founder and play a key role in scaling this AI initiative.


Your Mission

Build predictable demand and revenue for Rovistas AI products and AI services.

You will take responsibility for:

  • Market positioning
  • Lead generation
  • Sales conversations
  • Deal closures
  • Strategic partnerships


Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Positioning

  • Own positioning and messaging for Rovistas AI products & AI services
  • Drive LinkedIn-led thought leadership and demand generation
  • Design and execute outbound and inbound campaigns
  • Identify target industries and ideal customer profiles (ICPs)


Sales & Business Development

  • Qualify and manage B2B leads (SMEs to enterprises)
  • Run discovery calls, demos, and solution discussions
  • Convert leads into paid pilots, projects, and subscriptions
  • Work closely with the founder to refine pricing, packaging, and proposals
  • Maintain and grow a strong sales pipeline


Lead Generation & Partnerships

  • Build repeatable lead generation systems (LinkedIn, email, referrals)
  • Explore and manage strategic partnerships (agencies, consultants, IT firms)
  • Track lead sources, deal stages, and conversion metrics
  • Continuously optimize outreach and follow-ups


What Youll Sell

  • AI CRM & AI agent-based products
  • Private enterprise AI systems
  • AI automation & workflow solutions
  • AI consulting and implementation services


Required Skills & Experience

  • 25 years of experience in B2B marketing, sales, or business development
  • Proven experience selling: - SaaS products and/or - IT services / AI Automation solutions
  • Strong understanding of: - LinkedIn & outbound sales, - Discovery-based selling, - High-ticket B2B deals
  • Ability to explain AI and technical solutions in business language
  • Comfortable working with founders, CXOs, and decision-makers
  • Strong ownership, accountability, and execution mindset


Nice to Have

  • Experience in AI, automation, SaaS, or enterprise software
  • Startup or early-stage product exposure
  • Experience selling both products and services
  • Exposure to international B2B clients


Role Type & Compensation

  • Role: Full-time / Contract (growth-focused)
  • Location: Remote
  • Compensation Structure: - Fixed salary, - Strong performance-based incentives, - Commission on closed deals
