Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a Growth Associate to improve sales conversions by analysing the customer journey, identifying gaps, and enabling effective sales communication and campaigns. This role works closely with Sales, Marketing, and CRM teams to drive better sales outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse the end-to-end customer journey to identify drop-offs and improve conversion.
  • Create and manage sales collaterals (pitch decks, FAQs, sales guides).
  • Draft and execute customer communications (WhatsApp, on-ground campaigns, launch updates).
  • Coordinate with Sales, CRM, and Marketing for timely campaign execution.
  • Track campaign and sales collateral performance; suggest improvements.
  • Support strategic initiatives to enhance sales effectiveness.

Skills Required

  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Basic design skills (Canva / Adobe Express).
  • Good coordination and execution skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (Salesforce/MS Dynamics preferred).

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Business/Marketing (MBA preferred).
  • 25 years in Sales Enablement, Sales Ops, or Product Marketing.
  • Experience in Real Estate, FinTech, or high-ticket sales preferred.
  • Exposure to outdoor branding or on-ground events is a plus.
