About us

We built Merlin, an AI research and content tool used by 2M+ people, and raised $8M from top investors. Our next product, Thine, tackles a deeper problem context. AI today is like a genius with amnesia. Thine aims to fix that by building always-on context memory across devices.

The Role

We're looking for a Growth Marketing Associate to own and drive full-funnel growth across paid, organic, and content channels. You'll work closely with the founders, move fast, and have high ownership from day one.

What You'll Do

• Run and scale paid campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Reddit Ads
• Improve app discoverability through SEO and App Store Optimization (ASO)
• Build the founder's personal brand on LinkedIn grow followers and drive impressions
• Manage UGC creators and coordinate influencer campaigns end-to-end
• Lead organic content across the company's LinkedIn and X pages
• Own email marketing lifecycle flows, newsletters, and re-engagement
• Collaborate with product and design on GTM strategy and new launches (including Thine)

What We're Looking For

• 13 years in growth, performance, or digital marketing at a startup
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Strong copywriting instincts you know what makes people click
• Comfortable with analytics and making data-driven decisions
• Self-starter who thrives with ownership and minimal hand-holding
• Bonus: experience with LinkedIn personal branding, UGC, or content marketing
