Job Description
Role & responsibilities
Own the end-to-end customer retention charter across Paytm Moneys investing products. Drive user reactivation, engagement, and lifecycle marketing to maximize LTV and reduce churn.
Key Responsibilities
Design and execute retention journeys across email, push, WhatsApp, and in-app channels.
Analyze churn, build cohorts, and develop campaigns to increase repeat engagement.
Partner with product and data teams to implement trigger-based reactivation programs.
Own retention metrics such as repeat transaction rate, churn %, and user stickiness.
Test and optimize communication strategies using A/B frameworks.
Drive customer insights to build long-term engagement strategies. Collaborate with category teams (MF, Equity, MTF) to deliver contextual retention actions.
Ideal Candidate
3-8 years of experience in Retention, CRM, or Growth Marketing roles. Hands-on with retention tools (CleverTap, MoEngage, WebEngage, etc.).
Strong analytical orientation and execution bias.
Prior experience in fintech, broking, or e-commerce preferred.
