Job Summary:
Studio Green.FIT, a Soul Nourish Works company, is Punes leading precision-nutrition cloud kitchen delivering high-protein, health-focused meals for working professionals, athletes, and wellness clients.
We are looking for a high-energy Growth & Customer Success Executive to represent the brand, build partnerships, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. This is a dual-focused role for someone who enjoys sales, relationship building, client management, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development (50%)
- Identify and reach out to corporates, co-working spaces, tech parks, and gyms for partnerships
- Conduct on-ground visits (5-10 per week) to pitch our meal programs.
- Schedule and execute product demos, sampling sessions, and wellness events.
- Build strong relationships with HR, admin managers, gym owners, and fitness trainers.
- Maintain a structured sales pipeline and achieve monthly outreach targets.
- Support partner onboarding and ensure smooth transition to operations.
Customer Success (50%)
- Manage day-to-day WhatsApp communication with subscription customers and prospects.
- Track orders, special requests, feedback, and daily meal adjustments.
- Monitor subscription cycles and drive renewals.
- Resolve customer concerns with empathy and coordination with kitchen ops.
- Maintain customer databases, track progress, and share weekly updates.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities (drinks, snacks, add-ons).
Qualifications & Skills:
- 14 years experience in Sales, Business Development, Hospitality, Customer Service, or Fitness Club Memberships
- Excellent verbal communication (English, Hindi)
- Confident personality with strong relationship-building skills
- Customer-first mindset and strong follow-through
- Comfortable with field visits and on-ground sales
- Good WhatsApp etiquette and written communication
- Organised, self-driven, and target-oriented
- Experience in F&B, health & wellness, fitness, or nutrition brands and experience of managing CRM tools will be an advantage
