Job Title : Business /Growth Analyst
Responsibilities
- Customer Journey & Funnel Analysis
- Analyze end-to-endcustomer journeys across acquisition, activation, retention, and
- more.
- Identifydrop-offs andbottlenecks infunnels;providedata-backedrecommendations
- to improve conversions.
- Buildandmaintaindashboards tomonitor funnelperformance andcoremetrics.
- Data Insights & Experimentation
- Extract, clean, andanalyze largedatasets touncoverpatterns andtrends.
- Translate complexdata into actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Designandrun A/B tests to validatehypotheses andoptimizeperformance.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner withmarketing,product, sales, andgrowthteams to support strategic
- initiatives withdata insights.
- Present findings ina clear, structured, andcompellingmanner todrivedecision-making.
- Monitoring & Reporting
- Ownthe reportingof keybusinessmetrics and KPIs.
- Ensuredata integrity andaccuracy across reports.
- Proactively flaganomalies orunusual trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’sdegree froma Tier 1institution.
- 1.5–2 years ofhands-onanalytics experience ina D2C/B2C startup.
- Experience infintechis a strongadvantage.
- Deepunderstandingof customer funnels andperformancemetrics.
- Strongproficiency inSQL, Python, andExcel.
- Experience withdata visualizationtools suchas Power BI, Snowflake, etc.
- Prior exposure to A/B testingmethodologies.
- Excellent analytical, communication, andstakeholdermanagement skills.
- Provenability to workdirectly withbusiness teams (not just withincentral analytics).
- Ability to work ina fast-paced,dynamic, andevolvingenvironment.
