This internship is designed for students who want practical exposure to B2B SaaS growth and account management .
You will work closely with senior team members to support client acquisition, account handling, and revenue-focused initiatives.
This role focuses on business conversations, SaaS value positioning, and account growth , not hiring or recruitment execution
.Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective B2B clients and understand their business challenges
- Assist in positioning GoodSpace.ai as a SaaS solution tailored to client needs
- Support ongoing client accounts to ensure strong engagement and continuity
- Maintain and update CRM data with structured, accurate information
- Track account activity, follow-ups, and pipeline movement
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth account operations
- Contribute to upselling and account expansion initiatives
Requirements
