Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Growth & Marketing Partner to help scale Quiz Dangal. This role is focused on execution. You will be responsible for creating ads, managing social media, attracting new users, and exploring sponsorship and paid promotion opportunities.
This is a part-time, remote role with no fixed salary initially. Compensation will be 8% of the websites revenue once monetization starts. Until then, this is a build-together, risk-sharing role.
Responsibilities
Create and run ads for social media platforms (Reels, posts, creatives, captions)
Manage and grow Instagram, Facebook, and other social channels
Attract new users through organic and low-budget paid strategies
Test and optimize ad campaigns to improve reach and engagement
Explore and bring sponsors, brand collaborations, or paid promotions
Track performance (reach, clicks, users) and improve continuously
Work closely with the founder on growth ideas and experiments.
