Designing Your Life (DYL), ( created at Stanford and brought to India by QGLUE, has become a quiet force for people seeking clarity, courage and a more intentional way of living. It sits at the intersection of design thinking and life strategy - a space alive with curiosity, reflection and possibility. As this movement grows in India, we are looking for someone who feels called to meaningful work, someone who wants to shape how people discover and experience the power of life design.

Your role

In this role, you will bring DYL to life for individuals, teams and organisations seeking direction and purpose. You will translate its principles into stories, conversations and experiences that feel human and emotionally true. Much of your work will involve listening deeply, connecting thoughtfully and creating pathways that allow people to explore who they are becoming.

You will shape how DYL expands across its four verticals in India - individuals, schools, universities and corporates- ensuring that each audience encounters the methodology in ways that feel relevant and meaningful

Youll build relationships across organisations, learning communities and contemporary networks that value intentional living. These connections will naturally grow into partnerships and programs that bring DYL into new spaces workplaces, campuses, conferences, communities and circles where people are searching for what comes next.

You will also help shape the journey for participants designing experiences that feel spacious, reflective and quietly transformative. And as DYLs presence expands, youll explore new-age channels and creative formats that help its ideas travel with resonance.

To strengthen awareness and engagement, you will work with contemporary channelsdigital storytelling, social platforms, content formats and community networks ensuring that DYL is represented with clarity, credibility and modern relevance.

We imagine you have35 years of experience in communication, partnerships, program building or growth roles.

You bring curiosity, humility and a desire to design something meaningful from the inside out.

You move naturally between strategy and execution.
