Group Risk Manager (Enterprise Risk)

Risk Manager (Under Chief of Staff - CRO's Office)

Planning & Execution

• Support the CRO in monitoring the Risk Appetite Framework.
• Coordinate preparation for board and regulatory presentations related to risk.
• Drive initiatives across the risk organization (credit, market, operational, liquidity, ESG risk, etc.).

Risk Governance & Reporting

• Coordinate risk committee agendas, minutes, and follow-ups (e.g., RMC, ALCO, Audit Committee).

Operational Efficiency

• Streamline internal workflows and governance processes within the risk function.
• Track and report progress against risk function goals and deliverables.

Stakeholder Management

• Foster collaboration across Risk, Finance, IT, and business lines to deliver on risk priorities.
• Ensure timely communication and alignment between the CRO and key partners.

Executive Support

• Manage the CROs agenda and ensure alignment of priorities across teams.
• Prepare briefing materials, reports, and strategic communication for internal and external stakeholders.

Job Requirement:

Education: Masters degree in Finance, Risk Management, Economics, or related field

Experience: 5+ years in banking, risk management, strategy, or consulting; prior Chief of Staff, or program management experience preferred.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of banking risks (credit, market, operational, compliance).
• Excellent communication and executive presence.
• Strategic thinker with project management capabilities.
• High level of discretion, judgment, and professionalism.
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization platforms.
