Cadila Pharmaceuticals is looking for a strong marketing professional to lead the Nepal portfolio as Group Product Manager . This role focuses on shaping market strategies, driving brand growth, and expanding the therapy portfolio for the Nepal business.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and execute a robust marketing plan for the Nepal market

Analyze IPM trends, map therapy opportunities, and support portfolio expansion

Sustain and scale key brands with focused promotional strategies

Lead KOL development (2025 KOLs across specialties)

Participate in CMEs, customer forums, and scientific activities in Nepal

Guide Therapy Heads/Product Managers and track brand KPIs

Support Nepal field force with training, campaigns & joint fieldwork (1820 days/quarter)

Manage budgets effectively and ensure maximum ROI

Coordinate with supply chain for uninterrupted Nepal product availability

What Were Looking For:

Strong analytical and strategic capability

Experience in brand/portfolio management

Excellent communication & cross-functional collaboration

Prior exposure to emerging markets or Nepal market preferred
