What Youll Do

• Define and drive product strategy with clear, supportable objectives and longterm vision.
• Build product roadmaps, craft KPIs, and develop user stories & requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a highperforming team of product managers.
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and excellence.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (engineering, design, business) to ensure highquality product delivery.
• Oversee testing strategies, ensure reliability, and incorporate user feedback to enhance product quality.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Management, or equivalent.
• 14+ years of overall experience, including 8+ years in core Product Management.
• 3+ years of experience managing and developing product managers.
• Proven success in delivering software/technology products in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication skills to bridge business and engineering.
• Solid understanding of software development processes.
• Ability to leverage data for insights, risk validation, and decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA from a reputed institute.
• 5+ years of experience in a top-tier product-driven company.
• Experience or knowledge of the Escrow / Title Insurance industry.
• Hands on experience with AI tools and projects.
