Experience : Minimum 8 years into brand management (any therapy)

Role & Responsibilities :

• Data analysis.
• Strategic initiatives.
• Managing brands along with team.
• Overall development of team.
• Generating business revenue with optimum utilization of available resources.
• Strengthening Product Portfoli
• Enhance the brand value
• Team Coordination
• Team Management.
• Increase market share of the brand.
• Driving Brand portfolio in alignment with the divisions vision.
• Managing the expenses / Strategy for ROI.
• Designing promotional plan, promotional activities & maintaining it under control.
• New Launch suggestion to increase business profits.
• Continuous evaluation of scope of new launches in the segment.
• Coordinating with sales to achieve desired goal for brands.
• Coordinating with different departments for smooth running of business.
• Ensure all marketing programs are executed.
• Keep market updation.
• Brand awareness.
