Roles & Responsibilities

1. Process Endorsement, Cancellation, Refund and resolve other service requests/queries from respective stakeholders
2. Error free policy issuance for partners
3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders in order to execute the requests inflow
4. Maintenance of TAT as per agreed SLA of the respective LOB
5. Demonstrate command on working with multiple in-house systems
6. Constantly updating knowledge with respect to product, process, industry and best practises
7. Any other ad-hoc requests to be undertaken

Key skills

1. Have prior experience or knowledge regarding Individual & Group health insurance
2. Hands-on experience working on multiple platforms
3. Somebody who has experience in working in a start-up or dynamic culture is preferred
4. Experience working with corporate broking firms
