Job Description
We are hiring a Group Manager Contracting & Sourcing with strong expertise in contract lifecycle management (70%) and hands-on exposure to strategic sourcing (30%). This role involves leading a contracting team, driving negotiation excellence, strengthening governance, and supporting sourcing initiatives across key categories.
If you are detail-oriented, commercially sharp, and experienced in handling complex contracts, this role is ideal for you.
Key Responsibilities
Contracting (Major 70%)
Lead contract drafting, redlining, negotiations, renewals, and amendments.
Ensure compliance with legal, commercial, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain a centralized contract repository and ensure audit readiness.
Monitor vendor contract obligations and SLA compliance.
Guide and mentor a team of contracting specialists.
Sourcing (Minor 30%)
Support RFP/RFQ processes and supplier evaluations.
Conduct market research and price benchmarking.
Contribute to cost savings and category optimization projects.
Assist in vendor selection and commercial negotiation.
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with legal, finance, operations, and business units.
Act as the escalation point for contracting and sourcing queries.
Build strong internal and external relationships.
Key KPIs
Contract TAT & accuracy
Compliance and audit readiness
SLA/vendor performance
Cost savings contribution
Timely execution of sourcing projects
What Were Looking For
812 years of experience in contracting & sourcing (must have strong contracting exposure).
Experience in procurement services, vendor governance, and contract management.
Ability to lead and develop teams.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in SAP / Ariba / Coupa preferred.
