Position Overview:

As the Group Head - Brand Solutions, you will be a key leader responsible for driving the strategic vision and execution of integrated brand solutions. You will oversee multiple accounts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, innovative campaigns that meet client objectives and drive business growth. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creative leadership, operational excellence, and team management. You will play a critical role in shaping the future of Social Panga by fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Direction & Implementation: Develop comprehensive integrated strategies for all assigned brand portfolios, ensuring strategic alignment with client business objectives and market opportunities
  • Business Performance: Achieve and exceed overall business targets while ensuring client profitability through effective account mining, resource optimization, and strategic business planning
  • Growth Leadership: Drive significant business growth by successfully leading major pitches and actively identifying opportunities to deliver great work backed by thorough research and deep consumer understanding
  • Client Relationship Excellence: Ensure exceptional client satisfaction and retention through C-suite level strategic partnerships, proactive business consulting, and consistent delivery of high-impact solutions
  • Public Relations Leadership: Identify, develop, and execute PR opportunities that create a favorable image for the team and company at large, enhancing agency reputation in the industry
  • Team Leadership & Development: Demonstrate superior leadership skills through effective team retention strategies, cultivation of positive organizational culture, implementation of learning and development initiatives, and strategic talent acquisition
  • Operational Excellence: Exhibit decisive decision-making capabilities, maintain complete accountability for business unit performance, and ensure adherence to organizational processes and policies
  • Industry Expertise: Possess comprehensive and in-depth knowledge of advertising and digital domains, extensive brand and product knowledge, and substantial industry/category expertise to drive strategic advantages
  • Operational Management: Develop and implement effective Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), establish and maintain efficient processes, evaluate turnaround times, and set clear expectations while streamlining communication functions between all stakeholders and team members
  • Lead major new business pitches and presentations to secure strategic accounts
  • Forecast industry trends and guide the organization to capitalize on emerging opportunities


Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing and client management with at least 3+ years in a senior leadership role
  • Proven track record of successful business unit leadership, significant revenue growth, and award-winning campaign development
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement enterprise-level integrated marketing strategies
  • Extensive experience in new business development, major account acquisition, and pitch leadership
  • Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing ecosystem, content strategy, and performance metrics
