• Guide and mentor junior designers, art directors, and internsleveling up craft and confidence
• Ensure every piece of creative reflects brand consistency, platform relevance, and high design integrity
• Embrace GenAI design tools to enhance output speed, spark new styles, and experiment boldly
• Keep your team plugged into design culture, motion trends, and next-gen platform aesthetics

What Youll Bring

• 57 years of experience in a creative or digital-first agency environment
• A killer portfolio that showcases visual storytelling across formats (static, motion, social, display, etc.)
• Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite; experience in motion tools is a strong bonus
• Working knowledge of GenAI tools like Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, GPT-4o, Nano Banana, Veo 3, or Synthesia
• A keen eye for layout, typography, color theoryand how all that translates across platforms
• A collaborative spirit and natural ability to lead, mentor, and elevate creative work
• A love for visual experimentation, pop culture, and finding beauty in the unexpected
