Description:

We at Interactive Avenues, are looking for a Group Head for account management; a strategic role responsible for driving client success, revenue growth, and long-term partnerships across some of the most exciting and legacy brands from different categories. This individual acts as the primary business partner to clients, translating marketing objectives into integrated digital strategies while ensuring flawless execution across internal teams.

The role requires strong commercial acumen, leadership capability, cross-functional coordination, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with operational excellence.


Responsibilities:

If you come on board with us for this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Owning and nurturing relationships with key clients
  • Developing annual and quarterly account growth plans aligned with client business objectives
  • Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities across performance, content, social, media, SEO, influencer, and tech services.
  • Lead and present strategic conversations and present campaign performance insights to senior stakeholders and client
  • Driving Brand & content Partnerships for our clients as per brand objectives
  • Working across internal teams and ensuring seamless coordination between strategy, creative, media, performance, and analytics teams.
  • Oversee campaign planning, timelines, and deliverables


Role Details:

  • Reporting To: Business Director
  • Team Reporting: Account Managers, Account Executives
  • Having experience of managing multi-channel campaigns is essential
  • Understanding the brand brief and spotting opportunities for upsell / cross-sell agency offerings.
  • Cross-functional team leadership
  • Presenting the concepts to clients, following up in a methodical way and helping the team get closures
  • Understanding digital media and content collaborations, to be able to evaluate proposals by platforms

  • Has strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer ecosystems, and content trends.

  • Anticipate market trends and recommend innovative solutions.
  • Uphold agency values and maintain high professional standards.
  • Balance strategic vision with operational discipline.
