Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and strategically strong Group Head – Account Management to lead digital-first mandates, drive client partnerships, and guide the internal team toward impactful campaign delivery. The ideal candidate brings a solid understanding of digital ecosystems, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to translate business needs into effective communication strategies.

Designation: Group Head - Account Management (Digital)

Job Location: Gurugram

Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in a creative digital/advertising agency, with a strong background in digital account management, client servicing, or digital marketing for blue‑chip clients.

Key Accountabilities:

• Liaising with and acting as the link between the client and the agency by maintaining a regular communication channel.

• Meeting / discussing with clients to understand their requirements and communicating the same to the team.

• Working with the team to conceptualise a digital/communication campaign that meets the client's brief.

• Plan and implement digital strategies for clients.

• Presenting campaign ideas and budgets to the client.

• Interact with clients on a periodic basis for strategy purposes.

• Handle client queries and negotiate when required and demonstrate the ability to strategically reason with the client.

• Providing inputs while creating digital campaigns and strategies.

• Ensuring that communication flows effectively within the agency team working on the account.

• Presenting creative work to clients for approval/modification.

• Managing budgets and campaign costs.

• Overseeing the reports generation and ensuring the same are sent out timely.

• Build long-term relationships with clients.
