Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management & Business Development:
- Build and nurture relationships with key clients across retail and rural sectors.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.
- Strategic Campaign Planning:
- Develop and execute high-impact Retail/ rural project with defined SOP.
- Leverage local insights, consumer data, and market trends to drive campaign effectiveness.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams including creative, operations, and analytics to deliver seamless on-ground activations.
- Ensure timely execution and measurable outcomes for all campaigns.
What Were Looking For:
- 6-8 years of experience in client servicing or business development, preferably in activation / events and rural advertising.
- Strong understanding of rural marketing dynamics and regional consumer behavior.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
