Job Description
Role Overview
BeatBox Fitness trainers are the heartbeat of the studio. You lead high-energy, music-driven group workouts that combine boxing, strength, and conditioning in a nightclub-style environment. Your role is to motivate, coach, and deliver a premium experience every single class.
Key Responsibilities
Lead 4560 minute BeatBox signature group fitness classes (boxing, HIIT, strength, conditioning)
Coach proper form, technique, and intensity for all fitness levels
Create an energetic, motivating, and inclusive class atmosphere
Demonstrate exercises clearly and provide real-time corrections
Engage members before, during, and after class to build community
Ensure studio safety, cleanliness, and equipment care
Follow BeatBox programming, music, and brand standards
Support studio promotions, challenges, and special events
Maintain punctuality and professional appearance at all times
Trainer Requirements
Certified fitness trainer (ACE, NASM, ISSA, CPT, or equivalent preferred)
Experience in group fitness, boxing, HIIT, or functional training
Strong communication and motivational skills
High energy, confident stage presence, and love for music-based workouts
Ability to coach beginners and advanced members together
Willingness to learn BeatBox systems, choreography, and brand culture
Preferred Qualifications
Boxing or kickboxing background
Experience teaching large group classes (1530+ members)
CPR/AED certification
Social media-friendly personality (for reels, promos, and events)
