Job Description
Kreative Professional is expanding into a group of specialized verticals and is looking for a senior leader to drive business acquisition, revenue growth, and client servicing excellence across Events and Digital businesses.
Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned professional who has hands-on experience managing 2 Cr+ monthly business and can lead large accounts, high-value brand relationships, and multi-disciplinary teams across events and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive group-level revenue targets across Spark, Vibe, and Digi
Lead acquisition of large brands, retainers, and long-term partnerships
Act as senior leadership interface for key and enterprise clients
Drive upselling, cross-selling, renewals, and client retention
Lead negotiations, commercials, and closures for high-value deals
Oversee client servicing frameworks and resolve escalations
Build, mentor, and manage business development & account teams
Work closely with creative, digital, and operations teams for seamless delivery
Contribute to long-term growth strategy and leadership planning
What Were Looking For
10 years of experience in Events, Digital Marketing, or Integrated Agencies
Proven experience of handling 2 Cr+ monthly business
Strong network with CMOs, Brand Heads, and Marketing Leaders
Deep understanding of events, activations, social media & digital marketing
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
