Job Description
Purpose of the role
Custodian of the brand through its lifecycle. Ensure that long term brand development is not compromised by short term business needs. Ensure consumer centeric, profitable and differentiated portfolio of brands. Leads a vibrant team of highly motivated individuals focussed on delivering cusotmer delight.
Role Description
1) Achievement of Market share of given brands
2) Manage brand life cycle and plan product and brand interventions towards acheivement of desired goals 3) Pricing strategy, achievement of revenue targets and risk mitigation for given brands
4) Manage brand health and customer feedback
5) Moniter brand spends and effectiveness.
6) Develop and implement effective communication strategy to establish brand voice)
7) Lead and guide a team of BM's and ABM's to achieve the established brand objectives
8) Closely work with various departments across the organization including NPD, design, quality and MR to give and take feedback and deliver customer voice
