Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Group Account Manager from a digital marketing agency background who can manage end-to-end client relationships, lead strategic discussions, create pitching decks, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution. The role requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience in managing multiple client accounts.



Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and build long-term relationships
  • Understand client business objectives and translate them into digital marketing strategies
  • Create and present pitching decks, proposals, and campaign strategies
  • Lead client meetings, review calls, and strategy discussions (online & offline)
  • Coordinate with internal teams (SEO, Ads, Creative, Content, Tech) for timely execution
  • Ensure smooth campaign planning, execution, reporting, and optimization
  • Handle client escalations , feedback, and expectation management
  • Drive client retention, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities
  • Prepare regular performance reports and insights for clients
  • Support new business pitches and onboarding of new clients
  • Willingness to attend onsite client meetings when required



Required Skills & Competencies
  • Strong experience in Client Servicing & Account Management
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in pitch deck creation & strategy documentation
  • Knowledge of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Performance Marketing, Creative)
  • Experience in stakeholder & cross-functional team coordination
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines effectively
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on client satisfaction
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, reporting tools, and campaign tracking


Eligibility Criteria
  • Minimum 58 years of experience in Client Servicing / Account Management/ Team handling
  • Mandatory experience in a Digital Marketing / Advertising Agency
  • MBA / BBA in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
  • Immediate to short notice joiners preferred
