The Fresh Factory is a clean label ecosystem focusing on being a discovery platform for amazing ingredients. Were looking for someone who can run a modern grocery retail floor with precision, energy, and strong attention to detail.

Core Responsibilities:

Store Operations: Manage day-to-day store operations including opening/closing, cleanliness, shelf maintenance, and store standards.

Merchandising: Ensure shelves and displays are well stocked, visually appealing, and organized to encourage product discovery.

Inventory Management: Track stock levels, manage reorders, monitor expiries, and reduce wastage through proper stock rotation.

Sales Performance: Monitor category performance, identify fast/slow moving products, and help drive retail sales.

Vendor Coordination: Work with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and maintain product quality standards.

Customer Experience: Guide customers, answer product queries, and create a welcoming, helpful shopping environment.

Team Supervision: Lead and coordinate retail floor staff, ensuring discipline, product knowledge, and service standards.

Reporting: Maintain daily and monthly reports on sales, stock levels, and store performance.
