Are you an experienced auditor looking to take your career to the next level? GRC is looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Manager to be a part of the Governance and Policy Management function in GRC.
As Quality Assurance Manager you'll ensure that the GRC meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. You will be responsible for the implementation of Quality Assurance methodologies ensuring adherence to our governance framework policies and procedures and regulatory requirements.
You will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a team that values operational excellence and continuous improvement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues, while maintaining robust quality assurance frameworks.
In this role, you will play a critical role in ensure that GRC meet the highest standards of quality, along with safeguarding product integrity and enhancing customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will ensure data governance practices are upheld to maintain data integrity and compliance
The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for:
- Oversee and monitor governance, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures across the GRC
- Develop, implement, and maintain governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with our methodology, internal and external requirements, and best practices
- Continuously assess and improve GRC processes.
- Ensure compliance of all GRC activities with established policies and procedures
- Identify and mitigate risks in governance and control processes
- Monitor processes to maintain data accuracy, consistency, and reliability throughout its lifecycle from risk to reporting
- Implement standards and policies for efficient change management
- Prepare regular reports on governance, risk, and control activities to relevant stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the GRC function
- Conduct training sessions and workshops on governance, risk, and control policies and procedures
Required experience and skills
- Proven experience from multinational company on process governance, risk, and control, or a related field
- Broad experience with quality assurance methodologies and standards
- Expertise with quality assurance and best practices
- A detailed approach to ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance.
- Have clear understanding of framework like COSO, SOX etc.
- Experience in compiling and analyzing data to drive quality improvements
- Experience in conducting research and evaluating user feedback
