Job Description:
- Supports on the SAP access request provisioning and training aid to (new) Role Owners on Access request processes.
- Perform and oversee the Helpdesk activities -in terms of responding queries related to the SOD related processes and GRC Tickets status updates (access request).
- Ownership and timely update on SOD related databases viz., Role Owner data, Work Instructions, Conflict Dashboard reporting tool, GRC Share -point details.
- Monitoring the SOD conflict information and timely action on rectification.
- Support on the relevant ICS control documentation and projects in line with SOD management.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Will be interacting globally with the Philips Users in relation to SAP access provisioning and GRC related queries -with abilities of problem solving and coordination to attain customer satisfaction
- Ensure Compliance and Quality adherence as per SOD compliances
Experience & Background
- Commerce graduates with 2 to 3 years of experience in rendering the internal audit deliverables and co-ordination with business personnels thereof.
- Good understanding of ERP tools like SAP with GRP module, MS -Office & other reporting tools.
- Relevant knowledge of how finance & business domain environment works can be seen as added advantage
- High focus on quality for own deliverables and for those of others.
- Highly motivated and able to manage in a dynamic environment.
You are a part of:
GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) helpdesk team, who is globally responsible for securing the compliance with Philips Internal control system for driving and executing proper role access provisioning to the Users (within the SAP tool) – so as to minimize the inappropriate usage/ risk on exercising the unwanted transactions.
