Salary Range: 15,000 to 40,000 per month (based on skill and experience)

Vistaar WebX is looking for execution-focused Graphic / Visual Designers to join our growing design team. This role is ideal for designers who have strong fundamentals, enjoy working on real brands, and can deliver consistently in an agency environment.

You will work closely with the internal team on brand identities, social media creatives, websites, and performance-led design requirements across multiple industries.

Design social media creatives, campaigns, and visual content

Develop and maintain brand identity systems and guidelines

Support website and landing page design requirements

Create performance creatives for ads across digital platforms

Execute design tasks with attention to detail and timelines

Collaborate with content, marketing, and strategy teams

Incorporate feedback and iterate efficiently

Strong understanding of design fundamentals, layout, typography, and color

Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Good communication and collaboration skills

Openness to feedback and structured workflows

Agency experience preferred but not mandatory

Exposure to real brands and diverse industries
