Were looking for a Graphic Designer who doesnt just make things look good - but understands brand, structure, and storytelling through design.

What Youll Be Working On

• Designing brochures, pitch decks, and brand collaterals
• Creating website layouts & UI designs (in collaboration with content & strategy)
• Designing LinkedIn and social media creatives
• Building brand identities & visual systems
• Contributing to internal branding at NXA
• Iterating fast based on feedback and delivering on time

This role is hands-on. Youll work directly with the founder and be involved in both client-facing and internal creative direction.

Skills Were Looking For

• Strong portfolio (branding + digital design required)
• Proficiency in Figma (must)
• Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Good understanding of layout, hierarchy, typography & spacing
• Basic understanding of UI/UX thinking (not just visuals)
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Bonus if you:

• Think strategically, not just visually
• Can translate rough ideas into clean, structured design
• Care about details most people ignore.
