Job Overview

Karwan is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic & Visual Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong visual sensibility, a solid understanding of branding, and a passion for creating impactful designs across digital platforms, products, and marketing materialsespecially within the mobile accessories space.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging creatives for social media posts, reels, stories, advertisements, and banners
• Create high-quality product visuals for mobile covers and accessories for platforms such as Amazon, Myntra, and the brand website
• Ensure consistent brand identity across all designs and platforms
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to execute campaigns effectively
• Design packaging, posters, brochures, and other offline marketing creatives as required
• Stay updated with the latest design and visual trends, particularly in tech accessories
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Advanced knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design
• Strong understanding of social media formats, trends, and best practices
• Ability to take creative direction and incorporate feedback efficiently
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Prior experience with e-commerce or consumer brands is a plus

Preferred Skills (Bonus)

• Motion graphics or basic video editing skills (After Effects / Premiere Pro)
• Experience creating creatives for Instagram Reels and paid ads
• Familiarity with Myntra, Amazon, and D2C brand visual standards
