Role Objective

Create high-impact graphics and short-form videos for pitches, social media, event teasers, and brand storytelling using a blend of traditional design + AI tools to move fast without compromising quality.

This role is about speed, clarity, and modern visual thinking.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

Design pitch deck slides, posters, banners, social , event creatives

Create brand-consistent visual systems for events and campaigns

Adapt designs quickly for different formats (print, digital, screen)

Video & Motion

Edit short-form videos (reels, teasers, aftermovies, promos)

Create motion graphics for presentations and social media

Add subtitles, transitions, sound sync, and basic animation

AI-Powered Workflow (Mandatory)

Use AI tools to accelerate ideation, visuals, and video

Generate AI-assisted visuals, backgrounds, concepts, and storyboards

Use AI for:

Image generation & enhancement

Video upscaling / transitions

Faster content variations

AI Tools (Any strong mix is fine)

Midjourney / DALLE / Firefly

Runway / Pika / Kaiber

Adobe AI (Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro)

ChatGPT or similar for scripting & ideation

NOTE :- Corel draw (CDR) is mandatory

What Were Looking For

25 years experience in graphic + video design

Strong visual sense and storytelling ability

Comfortable working fast under pitch deadlines

Curious about AI and already using it in daily work

Understands brands, events, and audience psychology
