Role: Principal Software Engineer

Role & Responsibilities

As a Principal Software Engineer, you will be part of a technical team responsible for building and

maintaining make-ready software solutions, including the composition and imposition of PDF layers

and content. The role involves applying complex mathematical algorithms to enable efficient page

layout creation, reduce wastage, and support real-time data rendering.

If you are passionate about image rendering, PDF object processing, complex page layout creation,

and advanced mathematical algorithms, and are keen to work with state-of-the-art technologies such as Cloud and AI, this opportunity is for you.

Educational Qualification

BE / MS / MCA from a reputed institute

Experience

710 years of software development experience, with a strong focus on graphics

programming / GUI development

Primary Skills

C++, VC++, MFC

Location & Work Model

Bengaluru

Hybrid model (3 days work from office per week)

Technical & Behavioural Skills

Technical Skills

Design and develop make-ready software solutions

Strong hands-on programming experience in C/C++ on Windows and Mac platforms

Experience in PDF object processing, structure, and rendering

Hands-on experience with debugging tools such as WinDbg, Visual Studio Debugger,

Wireshark, etc.

Understanding of software development methodologies including Waterfall and Agile

Collaboration & Ownership

Ability to work effectively under pressure, independently, and in a collaborative team

environment

Work across team boundaries to achieve key organizational goals

Interact with product management as needed for requirement clarification
