Graphic & Motion Designer

Role Overview

We are looking for a visionary Graphic & Motion Designer to take ownership of our brand character, Fluffy. This isn't a traditional "pixel-pushing" role; you will be at the forefront of AI-integrated design. Your primary mission is to use Gemini and tools like Photoshop and illustrator to conceptualize and generate high-impact posters, pose Fluffy for various emotional contexts, and use Google Veo 3 and After Effects to create industry-leading motion content.

Key Responsibilities

Character Articulation (Fluffy): Utilize Gemini and 3D workflows and tools like photoshop and illustrator to create specific emotions, poses, and expressions for our character, Fluffy, ensuring he remains consistent across all brand assets.

Poster Design:Expertly execute high-impact, professional-grade posters usingAdobe Photoshop and Illustrator. You will lead the seamless integration of our3D character modelsinto unique digital environments, utilizingGeminiand AI-driven workflows to accelerate creative conceptualization and asset generation.

Motion Graphics (Veo 3 & After Effects): Develop cinematic motion sequences using Google Veo 3 for generative video and Adobe After Effects for compositing, kinetic type, and final polish.

Multi-Platform Content: Adapt Fluffys assets for high-converting social media ads, website hero sections, and promotional campaigns.

Rapid Prototyping: Turn a conceptual brief into a finished, animated asset within tight timelines using an AI-first workflow.

Submission Requirements

Portfolio/Reel: Must show a mix of 2D/3D motion graphics.

AI Work Sample: (Optional but encouraged) Examples of how you have used generative AI tools in your creative process.
