Were looking for a Graphic Designer-cum-Illustrator whos not just good at design but someone whos AI-native, creatively unhinged (in a good way), and can bring ideas to life at startup speed.

What youll do

• Create scroll-stopping designs for social media, branding, ads, product launches
• Build illustrations, doodles, mascots, icons, visual stories
• Convert rough ideas / half sentences into beautiful visuals
• Use AI tools like a creative weapon not as a shortcut
• Work closely with the marketing/content team to create viral, Gen Z-aligned content
• Constant experimentation: new styles, new formats, new chaos

What were looking for

Youre perfect if you:

• Have 12 years of design/illustration experience
• Think creatively before thinking logically
• Have serious Gen Z internet taste (reels, trends, meme language, visual humour)
• Can ship high-quality work FAST
• Are not afraid of feedback, iteration, and creative pressure
• Believe that design should make people stop and say: wait WHAT

Tools you should know (AI-first mandatory)

We want someone who is comfortable with:

Design & Illustration

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe InDesign (optional but good)
• Procreate (optional but great)
• After Effects / Premiere Pro (optional but bonus)

AI Tools (Must-have)

• Midjourney
• DALLE
• Runway ML
• Adobe Firefly
• Stable Diffusion (basic understanding works)
• ChatGPT (for concepts, scripts, creative directions)

Gen Z design stack / fast creation tools

• Figma
• Canva (yes, we respect speed)
• CapCut (bonus)
• Notion / Trello (basic workflow)
