Role Description
We are seeking a detail oriented and creatively strong designer to join our team. This role focuses on developing high quality visual assets for digital first campaigns across social media, email marketing, paid advertising and brand communication materials. The ideal candidate combines strong visual aesthetics with an understanding of marketing objectives and platform specific best practices.
Creative Development
- Design engaging creatives for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Create high converting email creatives including banners, layouts, and visual storytelling elements
- Develop ad creatives for performance marketing campaigns across digital platforms
- Translate campaign concepts into strong visual executions aligned with brand guidelines
Brand and Visual Consistency
- Ensure consistent application of brand identity across all creative outputs
- Adapt master campaign designs into multiple sizes and formats for different platforms
- Maintain design systems, templates, and asset libraries for internal use
Collaboration
- Work closely with copywriters, creative strategists, and performance marketers to deliver integrated campaigns
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute visual ideas during campaign planning
- Incorporate feedback from internal stakeholders and clients efficiently
Production and Optimization
- Deliver platform ready files in required formats and specifications
- Design with performance in mind, including readability, engagement, and conversion goals
- Support A B testing by creating multiple creative variations
Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of experience in digital or marketing design, preferably in an agency environment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating social media creatives, ad designs, and email marketing visuals
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Canva and Figma
- Solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
- Knowledge of platform specific design requirements for major social and advertising channels
