Graphic Designer (WFO – Hyderabad)

Lantrn is a fast-growing digital marketing agency focused on helping brands stand out through creativity, innovation, and data-driven strategy. Were looking for a talented Graphic Designer who can bring visual ideas to life and elevate our clients' digital presence across platforms

The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for illustrative design and typography. This candidate will have experiences in working with numerous different design platforms such as digital and print forms.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets
• Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital media
• Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends
• Develop creative concepts and adapt designs based on client requirements and brand guidelines
• Ensure consistency and quality across all design output
• Maintain knowledge of design trends, social media formats, and creative best practices
• Manage multiple projects and deliver in tight deadlines

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in graphic design (agency experience is a plus)
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
• strong understanding of colour theory, typography and branding
• Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
• Portfolio of work
• ability to take feedback

Preferred skills

• Experience creating reels/static ads for Instagram & Facebook
• Understanding of UI/UX fundamentals
• Ability to develop brand identity elements
• Knowledge of print design (optional)
