Experience: 2-3 Years(Prior digital agency experience will be strongly preferred)

CTC: Up to 9 LPA basis fitment and experience

Must have a solid experience in leading and designing for creative campaigns.

What youll do:

Design engaging creatives for social media, digital campaigns, presentations, and marketing collateral

Work on layouts, illustrations, and visual concepts aligned with brand guidelines

Collaborate closely with content, marketing, and strategy teams to bring ideas to life

Adapt designs for multiple formats and platforms efficiently

Explore and integrate AI design tools to enhance creativity, speed, and output quality

Stay updated with design trends, formats, and new tools in the creative ecosystem

What were looking for:

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva

Strong understanding of visual design principles, typography, color, and composition

Hands-on experience or strong interest in AI-based design tools (e.g., generative design, image

enhancement, automation tools)

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Good communication skills and openness to feedback
