Role Overview

Youll bring ideas to life across formats - from static carousels to animated explainers and polished Reels. Youll collaborate with our content strategist on concepting, and then take the lead on turning ideas into bold, beautiful visuals for multiple brands.

What Youll Do

1. Visual Content Creation

• Design on-brand static creatives for organic social, paid ads, and brand collateral
• Create motion graphics, animations, and video content (Reels, Ads, Explainers, Product Showcases)
• Edit and enhance raw footage across formats for performance and storytelling impact

2. Creative Collaboration

• Work closely with the content strategist and founder to ideate and execute high-impact campaigns
• Help define and evolve visual languages across clients from playful to premium
• Translate marketing goals and hooks into compelling design

3. Cross-Client Execution

• Juggle creatives across multiple DTC and lifestyle brands
• Collaborate with the strategy/ads team to align visuals with performance goals
• Stay on top of design trends while creating platform-specific content

What Were Looking For

• Most importantly, you have a design-forward aesthetic to everything you do. You're able to adapt to different design languages.
• 24 years of design experience (agency or high-growth DTC brand preferred)
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and motion tools (After Effects or similar)
• Solid grasp of layout, typography, and how to design for scroll
• Experience working with motion graphics, basic animation, and video editing
• Bonus: Experience working on social-first brands or performance-focused creatives
• A portfolio that shows range, consistency, and smart visual storytelling
• Comfort with feedback, fast turnarounds, and creative freedom within a strategic framework

Pay Range: 4L - 7L/annum, based on experience and fit
