Role Overview

We are looking for a Graphic Designer / Video Editor who can help shape how MoonDive communicates visually across platforms.

This role goes beyond creating static graphics. You will help craft visual storytelling across social media, product launches, marketing campaigns, client presentations, and brand assets.

You will work closely with Founders, Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to convert ideas and strategy into powerful visual content.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

Design social media creatives for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube

Create high-quality pitch decks, client proposals, and marketing presentations

Design branding assets including banners, thumbnails, campaign creatives, and event visuals

Maintain visual consistency across all MoonDive brands and products

Build and maintain organized design systems and asset libraries

Video Editing & Motion Content

Edit short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, product launches, promotional clips)

Add motion graphics, captions, transitions, sound design, and visual effects

Produce product feature videos and explainer videos

Convert long-form recordings into short engaging content for social media

Brand & Marketing Collaboration

Collaborate with content, marketing, and sales teams to produce campaign visuals

Convert raw ideas, scripts, and product concepts into polished visual outputs

Contribute to visual storytelling for MoonDive and its products (Flint, iDiet)

Support product launches, company announcements, and internal branding

Required Qualifications

6 Months - 2 Years of experience in Graphic Design / Video Editing

Strong portfolio demonstrating design and motion work

Tools proficiency in:

Adobe Photoshop

Adobe Illustrator

Premiere Pro / After Effects (preferred)

Figma

Canva (for fast-turnaround assets)

Core design fundamentals:

Typography

Layout and composition

Color theory

Motion graphics basics

Other requirements:

Strong visual storytelling ability

Ability to deliver high-quality work under tight timelines

Good communication and collaboration skills

Preferred (Good to Have)

Experience working with startups or tech companies

Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools (Midjourney, Runway, Adobe AI, etc.)

Experience designing content for LinkedIn and Instagram growth

Understanding of brand identity systems and brand guidelines

Experience with motion graphics and animation
