Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video Editor with proven agency experience. The ideal candidate should be strong in visual storytelling, ideation, and execution , and capable of handling client communication independently while delivering high-quality creative assets across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging creatives for social media, ads, branding, campaigns, and digital platforms.
• Edit short-form and long-form videos including reels, ads, promos, and brand videos.
• Contribute to creative ideation and concept development for campaigns and clients.
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines while exploring innovative design styles.
• Coordinate directly with clients to understand requirements, feedback, and revisions.
• Collaborate with social media, marketing, and performance teams for campaign execution.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Ensure high standards of quality, creativity, and attention to detail in all deliverables.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2 - 4 years of experience in a digital/creative agency
• Strong command over tools like Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator (or equivalent)
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality design and video output
• Strong creative thinking and ideation skills
• Good understanding of social media formats, trends, and platform requirements
• Excellent communication skills with experience in client interaction
