Job Description-Video Editor & Animator + Graphic designer

Role Overview: Were looking for a Graphic Designer who lives and breathes Instagram Reels, Posts, YouTube long and short form content and design trends. Someone who can turn raw footage into thumb-stopping edits, craft narratives that match the brand narrative. Experience with emailers and CRM WA videos is a bonus.

Experience required: 5+ years

Job Description:

1. Edit statics, Reels, Shorts, stories and videos for all platforms
2. Edit CRM emailers and WA videos with a quick TAT on brand edits
3. Keep brand voice consistent while testing new styles
4. Come with great references to deliver clickable, shareable content
5. Work on creator, influencer and in-house content, with the private label beauty team
6. Turn campaign assets into fun, social-first content
7. Add effects, text, memes, audio, and captions that spark JOY
8. Track trends and bring fresh formats before they peak
9. Adjust edits to fit each platforms rules and best practices
10. Deliver fast edits for trends, campaigns, and quick turnarounds
11. Keep a track and organize all brand assets
12. Stay on top of the content calendar, and maintain it 2 weeks in advance
