Role Description:

We are seeking a Graphic Designer for a full-time, on-site position at our Bengaluru office. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visual designs, including logos, branding material, and graphics for various digital platforms. Day-to-day tasks include conceptualizing creative ideas, designing innovative visual content, collaborating with the marketing team, and ensuring brand identity consistency across all projects. The role requires a combination of creativity, attention to detail, and technical design skills to meet project objectives and deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Graphics, Graphic Design, and Logo Design
• Experience in Branding and creating cohesive visual identities
• Understanding and application of Typography principles
• Familiarity with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma)
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to deliver quality designs within deadlines
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience or internship in a design or marketing agency

• 12 years of experience in graphic design
• Strong understanding of layout, color, and typography
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma
• Ability to create engaging, on-brand social media creatives
• Good understanding of copyvisual alignment and how design supports messaging
• Basic knowledge of branding & digital content formats
• A creative thinker with sharp attention to detail
• Someone who can take feedback, iterate quickly, and meet deadlines
