Urja Chheda is expanding and were looking for a talented, detail-oriented designer who loves branding, packaging, stationery, clean layouts and premium aesthetics. We are a boutique branding and stationery studio creating brand identities, packaging for lifestyle brands, website layouts, and our own stationery line.

What youll work on:

• Branding and identity systems
• Premium packaging and dielines
• Website layout design (no coding)
• Illustration (line/vector)
• Stationery products like planners, journals and calendars
• Vendor coordination and production follow-ups

Requirements:

• Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
• Strong aesthetic sense (minimal, luxury, premium)
• Illustration skills
• Fast execution and attention to detail
• Calm under pressure, organised and reliable
• Clear communication
• Minimum 18-month commitment

Growth Path:

Year 1: Lead Designer

Year 2: Senior Designer + Mumbai Studio Lead

Year 3: Team Lead supervising junior designers
